Treasure Cars are new to Forza Horizon 6 — nine exclusive vehicles hidden across Japan, one per region. Unlike Barn Finds, you need no progression unlock to claim them. Drive near a Treasure Car's location and the game notifies you with a postcard photo clue. Find the car, collect it, and it's immediately driveable — no restoration wait.

Key difference from Barn Finds
Treasure Cars are available from the start of the game and require no stamps. You drive to the location, collect the car in a short cutscene, and it goes straight into your garage — no mechanic wait, no credits needed.

TKY
CITY
Tokyo City
1991 Nissan Figaro
Southern Tokyo City, along the coastal road near Rainbow Bridge. Look for a small parking lot on a corner overlooking the waterfront, about halfway between the two large bridges connecting the industrial area with the main part of Tokyo City. The Figaro is parked in the lot next to a shop overlooking the bridge.
The first Treasure Car most players find. A retro city classic from Nissan's Pike series — not fast, but endlessly charming.
MIN
Minamino
1969 Dodge Charger R/T
Center of Minamino, at the golf course. Find the building with golf carts parked behind it near the Airfield Trail dirt race event. Squeeze through the fences near the golf carts to find the Dodge stashed around the back of the buildings. The clue appears after earning your first Horizon Festival wristband.
The first Treasure Car clue the game actively points you toward after earning your Yellow Wristband.
NAN
Nangan
2005 Ford GT
South-west of the map, off-road at a viewpoint by the cliffs. Head to the rightmost point on the coastline in the lower portion of Nangan. Look for a small dirt track that branches off the main red route — follow it around to the right along the shoreline. The Ford GT is at the end of the trail.
★ One of the best Treasure Cars. The 2005 Ford GT is a genuine S1-class weapon once tuned.
OHT
Ohtani
1985 Mazda RX-7 GSL-SE
North-west Ohtani, at a farm with a distinctive red radio tower. The RX-7 is parked at a private barn-like location between two radio towers. Look for the tower cluster and check the area between them — the car blends into the surroundings at speed.
The iconic first-generation RX-7. A beautiful car and a great drift candidate with the right tune.
HOK
Hokubu
1981 BMW M1
Hokubu region, under a railway bridge. One of the easiest Treasure Cars to find — approach the bridge and the collect prompt appears on screen. The BMW M1 is parked directly beneath the bridge structure.
★ The BMW M1 is considered one of the most significant BMW road cars ever built. A rare find even in real life.
SHI
MA
Shimanoyama
1986 Porsche 959
Shimanoyama region, near the top-left edge of the map. There is a town in this area — the Porsche 959 is tucked behind a gas station. Drive into the town and look for the gas station building; the car is parked just behind it.
★ One of the most technically advanced road cars of the 1980s. A landmark car in automotive history.
TAK
Takashiro
1995 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution III GSR
Northern Takashiro, at the end of a small dirt road leading to a waterfall. Go to the western corner of the Takashiro region and find the dirt road that follows a small river. Take the path by the bridge and keep following the river — the Evo is parked just before the waterfall at the end of the track.
★ Thematically perfect — a Lancer Evo tucked on a dirt road next to a Japanese mountain waterfall. Note: the Nissan #23 Pennzoil Skyline Barn Find is also nearby in Takashiro.
SOT
Sotoyama
1974 Lancia Stratos HF Stradale
Northern snowy region of Sotoyama, behind a large wooden lodge near the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. Look for the snowy path and wooden lodge around the center of the zone — the Stratos is parked behind the lodge building.
The legendary WRC homologation special. One of the most distinctive silhouettes in motorsport history.
ITO
Ito
1985 Nissan Safari Turbo
Far east of the map on the Ito half-island, near the wind farm. The Safari Turbo is parked at the base of one of the wind turbines — under a windmill. Head to the wind farm in the eastern part of Ito and check the turbine bases until the collect prompt appears.
Achievement: Treasure Hunter
