FH6 Player Houses — All 8 Locations, Prices & Perks

Player Houses in FH6 are more than cosmetic garages. Each house gives a passive perk that activates permanently once you buy it — extra Credits, daily Wheelspins, Autoshow discounts, Estate building access, and more. There are 8 houses across Japan, all tied to Discover Japan Stamp progression except the first two.

Unlocking ≠ owning
Reaching a new Stamp level unlocks the ability to buy a house — it doesn't give it to you. You still need to spend Credits. Check your Collection Journal → Discover Japan to see which houses are available to purchase.

Best purchase order

You don't need to buy all 8 — focus on perks that match your playstyle. Here's the priority order most players recommend:

  1. Mei's House — Free, claim immediately for Wheeler Dealer perk
  2. Yashiki House — Only 10,000 CR, unlocks Estate building for skill farming
  3. Tokyo House — Daily Wheelspin is the best passive income perk in the game (free with VIP)
  4. Minka House — Extra Credits from Stunt events if you do Speed Zones/Danger Signs
  5. Vision House — Two perks, but requires Gold Stamp and 1.5M CR

Estate Builder
Unlocks the Estate building system — create custom race tracks, drift zones, stunt parks, and car meet spaces using EventLab tools. Also the base for the best Skill Point / XP farming method in the game.
Located in the Hokubu region, west of the flower fields. At 10,000 CR it's the cheapest purchasable house and almost always worth buying immediately after your first Stamp.
03
Tokyo House

Daily Wheelspin
Get one free Wheelspin every day you play. The best passive income perk in the game — a daily Wheelspin adds up to hundreds of thousands of Credits and free cars over a season.

Credit Stunts
Earn extra Credits from Horizon Stunt Party events — Speed Traps, Speed Zones, Drift Zones, and Danger Signs. Ideal if you regularly hunt PR Stunts.

07
Soko 78
980,000 CR Purple stamp — Adventurer

Located in Tokyo City. A converted warehouse / urban property available after Purple stamp (Adventurer). Second most expensive standard house.
08
Vision House
1,500,000 CR Gold stamp — Master Explorer
Driving With Friends + Additional Garage Slot
Two perks: earn extra 10% skill score from LINK Skills when in a convoy, plus one additional car display slot in your garage. The only house with two perks.
Located in the Ohtani region. The final and most beautiful house, requiring both Gold stamp and 1.5M CR. Two perks make it worth the investment for social players and completionists.
